Yes, returns are accepted unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. If you'd like to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received in the original condition, a refund will be issued, minus the cost of original shipping (all items listed with free shipping item have an original shipping cost of $3.49). PLEASE NOTE: If returning a face mask, the item must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

A refund that was originally made using a credit or debit card may take up to five days to show on your credit/bank statement but typically appears in 24-48 hours depending on your bank.

Please message us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to input the correct shipping address at checkout. No refunds will be given for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

If you have a coupon code, it can be entered at checkout. Only one discount is allowed per item. For example, if an item is on sale at a 20% discount, any coupon code under that amount will not apply. If the coupon is over that amount, you will be able to apply it.
